Social and Cultural Fund (SKF) is generated from the allowances deducted from royalties in compliance with reciprocal agreements concluded with partner collective rights management societies.
These financial means are redistributed, on the recommendation of CISAC, the International Confederation of Authors and Composers Societies, for social purposes, as well as to support national culture and creative work of local authors.
Decisions on resources in the Social and Cultural Fund are made in compliance with the Statutes of the Fund.
The use of money in the Social and Cultural Fund is evaluated and proposed by a Council of the Social and Cultural Fund established by SOZA Supervisory Board. Its members are appointed from members of elected bodies. These proposals are to be approved by SOZA Supervisory Board.
