The User shall submit two copies of the completed and signed Cumulative Licence Agreement for the use of musical works via the internet and mobile networks, by post or in person to SOZA's address, before the website goes live. SOZA shall issue an invoice based on the data provided in the Agreement and in accordance with the applicable Tariff of Royalties. The User shall pay the royalties by the invoice due date, thereby obtaining the licence for the use of musical works of authors represented by SOZA.
If the chosen type of use requires the submission of a Report on Income (Výkaz príjmov) or a List of Used Works (Zoznam použitých diel), the User shall submit these documents in electronic form to the email address below, no later than 10 days after the end of the calendar month.
